95 Country contest’s are open to all legal US citizens age 18 or older unless otherwise indicated. 95 Country contest’s are NOT open to employees of First Natchez Radio Group, participating sponsors, their agencies, representatives, their immediate families, or any other radio station group. 95 Country reserves the right to disqualify contestants if rules are not followed.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged.
Only one winner per household per month unless otherwise specified.
No purchase necessary to enter. Contest Void where prohibited by law.
Winner’s acknowledge that 95 Country shall have the right to publicize and broadcast their name and voice for promotional purposes.
All winners must pickup their prize within Thirty business days, or prior to expiration date. Unless otherwise specified the prize will be forfeited. Prizes may be picked up during regular business hours 9am– 5pm at the 95 Country Studio’s and offices, #2 O'Ferrall, Natchez, MS.
All winners are solely responsible for paying taxes, and fees if any. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099.
Winners must provide positive legal identification.
When listeners are required to call and win, you must use 866-795-9500 or 601-445-9500. The person operating the telephones at 95 Country has the final decision as to who is the correct numbered caller or the winning callers as the case may be.
95 Country is not responsible if a listener is unable to get through for a telephone contest due to telephone equipment malfunction, busy lines, or otherwise.
First Natchez Radio Group or any subsidiary company assume no liability for damages, loss or injury resulting from, participating in, acceptance or use of the prize.
If the prize is a ticket to a performance or event, 95 Country is not responsible for cancellations by weather, the promoter, or performer.
All decisions of 95 Country Radio are final.
